I am booking a ticket with order number[protected] and PNR number ZMI4PS (Guwahati-Cochin). From the above ticket, I cancelled one of the passenger ticket with PNR/Booking Reference with IndiGo (JWYGQM) on 18th November, 2022. According to IndiGo, they refunded 11, 449 rupees to the travel booking partner or travel agent. However, there has been no word from Happy EasyGo. I am attaching some of the documents related to the above issue.
