HappyEasyGo — Refund of air tickets

I cancelled following tickets but refund not received till date.
1. Trip ID :[protected] Raipur-Hyderabad- Indigo- 6E7249 26/08/2022, PNR-JT4INX

2. Trip ID :[protected], Bhopal-Hyderabad-Bhopal- Indigo- 6E7122-10/12/2021 & 6E7121-13/12/2021, PNR- EIEQSF and OS752E.

Whenever, I call there helpline they are saying wait for 10 days. As per Airline data, the refund has been processed but HappyEasyGo has not credited it in my account till date. Please help.
