Ticket was booked from kochi to mumbai on happy go easy website. But airline cancelled the flight g8 345.
I had already cancelled the ticket on month of march 2020 for kochi to mumbai flight. And screenshot attached for your reference.
But happy easy go didn't refund till yet.
When i sent email, i came to know that it is yet to process the refund.
I donot know why they are delaying the refund. Are they are earning interest from my money? Are they wanted to harass the consumer so that consumer will leave the money? Was this information helpful? |
