This is with reference to order No.[protected] booking Indigo flight having PNR No.BLR3KS.
I tried booking the flight through your website on 20.12.2022 and even after successful debit from my account screen mentions “ 405 Method not allowed”(screenshot attached). I have waited for the day but didn’t receive any email or msg confirming the booking. Therefore on 21.12.2022 I have made the desired booking through some other source. But when no refund has been received I checkkd on happyeasygo website and found that there is a ticket booked for me. But I have already booked a ticket for the same flight. Hence I contacted the airlines and requested them for full refund for the ticket PNR BLR3KS and they have refunded in full confirming thet the refund amount has been credited to happyeasygo.
But even after 18 days I have not received the refund amount yet. I have written several emails to happy easygo but but no response received from their side. Their contact nos. provided in the website are always switched off.
