I booked a ticket on 20th August 2022 for 02 sept 2022 of Indigo flight from happyeasygo and within 2 hours had to cancel. I called indigo customer care and asked for cancellation. Since it was less than 2 hours they immediately cancelled my ticket and refunded my whole amount.
Since then I am chasing Happyeasygo for refund it has been more than 2 months now and every time I remind them there is a generic response stating to wait for some more time. On app it shows that it is stuck at payment pending at airline which is completely not true.
