This is with reference to order No.[protected] booking Indigo flight having PNR No.BLR3KS.
I tried booking flight ticket through happyeasygo website on 20.12.2022 and even after successful debit from my account screen mentions “ 405 Method not allowed”(screenshot attached). I have waited for the day but didn’t receive any email or msg confirming the booking. Therefore on 21.12.2022 I have made the desired booking through some other source. But when no refund has been received I checked and found that there is a ticket booked for me. But I have already booked a ticket for the same flight. Hence I contacted the airlines and they have initiated full refund for the ticket PNR BLR3KS. The airlines also confirmed that full refund amount has been given to the happyeasygo virtual payment id.
But even after 18 days no refund has been received in my account from happyeasygo. I have writtens several mails to happyeasygo but no reply received. Their customer care phone nos. are always switched off.
