The flight booking was cancelled by the airline due to technical issues, and the airline has refunded the full amount to the agency within 24 hrs of cancellation. Even after giving enough proof of refund from the airline the agency Happy Easy Go refused to refund back the money. The customer care executive behaved rudely when questioned about the delay in processing the refund. And even after requesting a callback from the concerned authority was requested there was no response from the agency's side. It has been 3months since the money has been credited to the agency's account while it is still not been credited to my account
