MORE than 50 days back I cancelled the ticket ORDER ID[protected]
Cancel this above order I’d on[protected] as flight was rescheduled by airline company go air. They confirmed that amount already returned to your service provider HEG. Now after a lapse of almost 40 days I didn’t get the refund. You all are assuring that after getting the refund from airline same will be returned, but the same has not been complied. Tickets are cheaper on this app but refund process is very pathetic. If one suffers this much never he will book in future any tickets from yours app.
Make it possible that refund is also in lesser time than only u will grow in market.
Once again I request you to please expedite my return of money.
You all are not leaving any option for me to file a case against you before competent court and all the cost and other charges must be borne by you.
