[Resolved]  HappyEasyGo — Refund of ticket due to flight cancellation

Spice jet pnr no. Kcdkhg. Spice jet sent a mail to me that rs. 4694/- already intiated for refund due to airlines cancelllation. In happy easygo it is not perimitting to cancel the ticket. Always showing refund rejected. Why this problem. When the amount will be refunded to me. Please address the issue immediately

spice jet has alreday initiated by PNR No. KCDKHG. But happy easy go, not refunded to me yet. Not allowing the cancel the ticket in happy easy go site. Always refund refjected immediately. why
