I booked On Line return tickets ( Air India) for Delhi-Mumbai-Delhi sector from travel agent HappyEasyGo for journry on 01/0 4/2020 and 05/04/2020. All flights were cancelled due to COVID during that period. Airline communicated to get refunds from travel agents only. But no refund has been made in spite of repeated communication. Air tickets details are as below. kindly do the needful.
