The refund was initiated on 07/04/19 and was supposed to be reflected in my bank account in 7-10days. It's already been 10 days.
I tried calling happy easy go which was supposed to refund but they aren't answering the call. I have tried calling them like some 15 times. I even mailed cashfree whose gateway has been used to refund the amount but i still haven't got any replies.

To send 20 messages within short period of time to the same email address is a spam,
which is an offence in India.
The above text does not show:-
a) full name, address, contact number
b) primary invoice / ticket
3) addressees
Nobody has a duty to reply to anonymious or indeffinite complaint.
If 10 days are passed since the request of the compensation / the refund, the passengre / the user can hire the lawyer or a legal professinal in requested field for an agreed fee
or to refuse from further demands.
