We five people booked a flight ticket from kochi to varanasi with trip id[protected], due to their network issues they couldn't book our ticket. They are not even refund our money back ;it is for rupees 28141/-. It is being 10 days from the date of booking still we are waiting for their processing, it is for attending conference, by booking with happy easy go we are going to lose our chance for attending that conference. Kindly do the needful.
