This is with reference to my booking Indigo 6E 758, PNR- XL69YL
I have done ticket bookings on Happy easy go platform on 21-12.23 which got denied due to some technical issues at their end. No invoice no ticket no PNR generated.
Hence I booked another flight.
After 9 days I get PNRs stating the tickets are confirmed.
Now I have three tickets.
Worst service from Happy easy go, they don't pick calls don't reply to messages.
I cancelled one through Indigo, they said will get refund from happy easy go but still not received
Second ticket I had to cancel with a penalty of 3781 rupees
I have been trying to contact customer care no one picks the calls, writing mails no reply. I have wasted lot of time behind this highly irresponsible people. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? |
