I booked a flight ticket for bangalore to varanasi via mumbai on 28th july and i got the ticket in my email but when i reached airport and got to know from airline that from mumbai to varanasi my ticket was booked for 29th, not on 28th and they even showed me the list where my name was not there. I was trying to reach out to the customer care but everything it was telling all executives is busy and to wait but after 2 min calls disconnected. I tried many times but the same thing happened. Airline manager told me now i have to buy a new ticket for 28th then only i can board the flight and i booked the ticket from a different site so they are responsible for anything. They he provides me with the document where i can clearly see my ticker was booked on 29th. When finally i spoke to the customer care agent he told he will check with his manager and get back to me but i didn't get any call from there side. So i wrote an email and mentioned what happened and i got a reply from a there site that you boarded the flight on the same day so i told them because airline manager helped me out with that but they were not ready to accept their fault.
