Hi, Actually I Had Booked a Flight From HEG but HEG Failed my booking due to fair change or other issue.
Thereafter I Booked a Flight From Another Portal but after sometime HEG Suddenly sent me a ticket with PNR.
Due to HEG Problem, I've Booked the same ticket two times & now HEG is refusing for a refund While I've All Proof.
Kindly Look into this matter on an urgent basis.
