Dear sir/madam
This is regarding my refund of money rupees 18191. I booked a ticket for 2 people from Chennai to Delhi for the date 26.06.2022. Soon i realized that I booked ticket for wrong timings so I called HappyEasyGo customer care, They suggested me to call airlines to cancel the ticket in order to get full refund. Instantly i called IndiGo Airlines and told them the issue. They suggested if you are booking tickets again for right timings then they will refund full money without any deductions. After 4-5 days Airlines refunded full money to HappyeasyGo but HappyEasyGo informed me that they will take 15-45 days to process this refund. After 45 days when i called them they told that they will return money after 90 days. Now it has been more than 120 days still refund is pending and their customer care stopped receiving calls and also stopped replying on email.
