HappyEasyGo — Regarding refund related issue

I have booked a flight from happyeasygo and my flight got cancelled. Happyeasygo is not ready to give my refund it’s been more than 5 months and I am chasing them through call and mail but still they didn’t returned my amount.
I have also connected with airlines they told me to connect with your travel agent as they transferred the money to travel agent.please look into it
