HappyEasyGo — rescheduling of flights | |
I had booked a flight thorough happyeasygo which i had to reschedule due to the lockdown. Not only am i not able to access my credit shell to book the new flight, but i have also not received a single appropriate response from happyeasygo. I've tried calling, email, messages on facebook and twitter. This a small problem that can be fixed in 2 minutes, but it's being dragged on for months and my money is stuck with them.
