Booked the ticket in March'20 for april'20 from Bangalore to Kolkata, hence for lockdown the ticket amount refunded by the airline to the company, hence from past 6 month following the same amount to be refund back to our account but couldn't get it, continues talking to customer care and sending mails to them telling the same thing but no action is been taken, it is only the way to harrash the customer during this pandamic situation.kindly if do can solve the issue and refund back the amount it ill be very helpful
