HappyEasyGo — ticket cancelled by happyeasygo, money not refunded after one month

Dear sir / madam,

I have booked my ticket on on 28th mayon happyeasygo site for my travelling. This is my trip id:[protected]/order id:[protected]. They have cancelled the ticket after getting my money. Till today i have not got my refund. I feel that they have cheated me. This is not only one case, they have cheated me second time on jun 8 with trip id:[protected]/order id:[protected]. They have not refunded my money till today. Pl lodge my complaint against them as they are behaving like dictator.

I need my money back.
