While booking flight from New Delhi to Patna on 18.06.2022 for travel date 19.06.2022 against Order no[protected] payment through UPI was successful and my account was got debited for Rs. 6924/- which BHIM app also shows that it was credited to heg.[protected]@icici account though my ticket was not generated and in between due to this fare was increased and I had to buy same ticket at much higher cost.
I send above mail on 20.06.2022 and on same day they informed that within 7-10 days refund may reflect in account automatically. I waited but refund dis not came. I again mailed them on 29.06.2022 telling that refund has not processed yet. They said same thing to wait and asked me to send account statementto cross verify on 30.06.2022. After that I mailed them agin on 1.07.2022 for same attaching my account statement.Than on 02.07.2022 they told me that there is mismatch with disputed transaction value in my statement and with there internal transaction logs. Than I put mail stating that if disputed amount does not match with my account statement transaction for which I am claiming than kindly show me ticket for the transaction value they are having. But since than there is no reply and I am still awaiting dor my refund.
Kindly help me to get my refund as HEG is doing anything at all. Was this information helpful? |
