HappyEasyGo — Ticket refund

Booked flight for 31 March 2020 but due to COVID, it got cancelled..requesting for refund, initially they told the procedure for refund, now when all account details have been submittted through mail, they are not attending calls. MONEY HASNT BEEN REFUNDED
