I have booked my tickets in january 2020 for travel date 25th march & 14th april 2020. I have given rescheduling rescheduling request on 16th march 2020. Nobody responded to my request and not attended my calls. Later i got message from airline that the flight was cancelled because of lock down and if we booked through any travel agent, contact the agent for refund. I sent many mails and at last they replied that since the travel date (25th march) is passed no cancellation /rescheduling is possible for that ticket. And for the travel date 14th april 2020 they mailed to contact the airlines directly, and when i contacted spice jet the said ticket is already shown as cancelled. I mailed again to the happy easy go regarding this and no respond get from them till now. No calls are attending and no reply for the mails. Still the status of tickets is showing like changing. What necessary action i have to take to get my ticket amount
