HappyEasyGo — Took payment even when no rooms was available in hotel and not issuing refund. | |
Booked hotel from HappyEasyGo, they accepted booking, took advance and confirmed the booking. However when I connected with hotel for confirmation, they informed that there are no rooms available and they have informed same to HappyEasyGo. I requested for refund so that I can book another hotel but got nothing and had to cancel my trip. It has been 10 days, since then, still they have not refunded the amount and always reply that our team is looking into it. On looking for review found that they do this with everyone and customers struggle to get their own money back. Was this information helpful? | |
