I have booked the tickets from DEL to BBI for 2 adults as per subjected Trip ID, however tickets booked vice versa i.e BBI to DEL due to technical glitch on your website.
Also after this glitch your given customer care numbers[protected] /[protected] are also not contactable.
I do have payment declined message from Happyeasygo (Screenshot shared in the mail), still payment got deducted from my Card. I hope i will get a full amount refund into my account.
Please be informed that I have not taken any insurance at the time of booking and due to the technical glitch from your end Ticket booked for wrong location then I should not be charged for any convenience fee or any kind of charge.
So kindly confirm the amount which is going to be refunded into my account.
