HappyEasyGo — unable to reschedule my flight due to terrible customer support

I had booked a flight ticket on 21st march, 2020 from kolkata to pune (Trip id :[protected]. And i have booked the ticket while applying for free reschedule to keep my travel flexible. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, i asked happyeasygo to reschedule my flight they have replied once to me, after i provided them with the necessary confirmation, there is no update from their side. Even the customer care number is not being connected. I raised this request on 17th and today is 20th, still no communication received from their side and i am also unable to reach them.
