HappyEasyGo — Unethical Behaviour Taking money unnecessary

This site has released a coupon code HEG6EA. And as a consumer I booked flights from this site using that coupon code. But later on this site's executives are calling and saying we need to pay extra amount for each booking otherwise they will cancel since there was a technical glitch due to which that coupon got applied. They are also not ready to refund or cancel the booking. This is highly unethical behavior. If there is a technical glitch from your end then why am I supposed to suffer? They should have refunded my money so that I could I have booked my flight at the rate I wanted from other site. But they are not ready to refund money and had taken extra 2.5k per booking I made. Taking people's hard earned money like this is a scam. I request a full refund of my booking.
