Hi All,
This is regarding an booking with happy easy go (HEG Order ID:[protected] and Confirmation Number:[protected].
The confirmation is provided by HEG but no hotel room is available when I checked-in at hotels and no room is available.I'm travelling with my family and no resolution or alternatives or written mail provided for the issue from HEG. I have talked to 3 persons along with his supervisor (Ashish) and they are not willing to provide any solution to the current situation.
Ashish is like take your money back and it's your problem from now on. We don't give a ## to your situation. This is very inhuman thing that you have put me in this situation and denied to provide any resolution to the problem caused by you.
I'm in middle of nowhere with my family and I have nowhere to go and hotels are also not available currently. Literally, I'm writing this mail by standing on road side in broad daylight with all the sweats on, thanks to Happy easy go.
I have asked for written confirmation or talk to his supervisor or provide alternate accomodation but he denied all that.
I have been a loyal CUSTOMER to HEG but now I don't think you guys deserve it. I'll make sure I'll tell my friends or family or write a blog for not booking any thing from HEG and what issues faced by myself.
