Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

I wish to bring to your notice that my neighbour residing in House No. 759, Sector -7, Karnal has done unauthorized construction at the back side of their plot by constructing rooms at the backside of the plot which was supposed to be kept vacant as per the rules and regulations of Huda. However, they have constructed 3 storey building which blocks our sunlight. This is against the zonal plan of Huda and also their own building plan approval. They do not have approval or completion certificate for this construction.
This causes harrasment to people like us who stringently follow the building plan
I request you to please look into the matter on urgent basis.
Looking forward to your prompt action against this.

I would like to bring up this issue into your notice that the garbage collection vehicle does not come daily in sector 9A, Bahadurgarh-124507, Haryana.

1. They skip coming to collect garbage at a stretch of 3-4 days. It becomes really difficult for residents to manage.

2. There is no fixed time of the vehicle.

We have moved to sector hoping for better facilities but disappointed.

Hi team,

My house sewage pipeline is blocked and now it's staring to overflow through toilets inside the house.

I have paid already 8 times to clear the sewage pipeline but it's getting blocked repeatedly after 1 month.its now creating health issue for my family

I am trying to install new pipeline but the neighbour are not allowing to get connection form main hole as their house covering the main sewage.

I will be very thankful if you help me resolve this issue quickly.

Please repair roads in Sector 68, opposite M3M Marina. The entire stretch is broken with pot holes. Daily someone meets with an accident due to bad road condition....

Sewage not work properly

I am resident of house no- 1820 Saraswati kunj 2, sector 52 . There is triangular park infront of our house . Please take care the maintenance of the park . Even I request you to install swing in the park so it become useful for the kids in the society. Currently it is neither maintained nor useful for kids .

Am a resident of sector 15 Panchkula, Haryana. Here in Park number 1510 there is unnecessary plantation of plants so that the kids cannot play. The President of the park takes undue advantage of the Position. The elder people play cards everyday creating bad environment but they have problem with kids playing in the park. It's a Public property and not a Private Property. Your help in this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Nowadays sec 14 market has been overcrowded and people throwing litters everywhere in market.Morning when u see market whole market looks like waste pit and this is very disease prone to people living here. Market is getting so much dirty day by day. I have uploaded morning photo of today. I request you to keep big waste disposal/ dustbins at every corner and make restrictions on ppl to throw waste only in dustbins. People who keep stalls shud also be given strict warning about this.lets keep our city clean. Thanks

The residents of House number 1211, sector 21, panchkula have made a non approved room at the back of their house. They have made the height of roof of the room way above the approved limit which blocks all the light entering my house.
I had talk with the owner of the house regarding the same issue but has found no resolution regarding the same

I am writing to request the removal o[censored]seless pole located in front of my house. The pole in question is causing a number of problems for my family and my nearby people and I believe that it would be in the best interest of all parties involved to have it removed. The pole is completely useless and it is causing a number of problems for my family and my nearby people. In addition, the pole has become an eyesore and is negatively affecting the overall aesthetic of the area.

Therefore I kindly request you to remove the pole that has creating many problems.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, and request you to remove this useless pole.

It is to bring in your kind notice that the sector roads have become so narrow that vehicle cannot cross at a time at some places, even pedestrian can't walk. Places like illegal boundaries of green belts, parking of vehicle on road, dumping of construction materials, cutting of saria, cement drums kept adjacent to green belts (means on road), loading / unloading of material after parking the vehicle on mid road,...

I am residing in u-60/34&35, my neighbour u-60/36 in dlf phase 3 gurgaon has made an underground water tank that make seapage to my house very badly after complaining many times i wrote to you i am a senior citizen no iam helpless what can I do to save my house that fellow is not residing he made PG and covered the whole plot .
Please save my house an do th need ful .

HUDA(now HSVP) allotted me a 6 marla plot No. 223 in Sector -77, Faridabad under public draw system on 10.09.2016. As per offer scheme, possession was to be given within 3 years of allotment. HSVP has offered possession to some of the allottees in the sector and rest are still waiting for possession to be offered.

But I am sorry to inform that despite regular follow up with HSVP through mails and RTI, possession of plot has not been given till date. Every time it is informed by HSVP that infrastructural work i.e. roads, electricity and sewerage work etc. is pending. This sterio type reply is given by HSVP for the last 3 years or so. It is not not specifically informed by what time limit they are going to complete the infrastructure work so that offer is given to the remaining allottees.

I have applied for the permission to build First Floor on Booth No 2, sector 14, main market, Karnal on 16 Nov, 2022. I went to HUDA office to enquire about my application and shown the copy of my application but they told me that they lost my application and asked me to give fresh application again.
Then i got registered letter vide no 1778 dated 24/03/2023 on my photocopy of previous application. they told me that they will dispatch the notice of approval on Monday dated 27/03/2023.
Today i went again to HUDA office to enquire about my above refered case, but again the office guys stated that they were unable to find my application and told me to come after a week.
You are requested to expedite the above matter as its already been delayed and take suitable action against the concerned persons working on this for the delay caused to me for nothing.

Dear sir,

I am complaining about illegal occupation and construction of roadside places in sector road and illegal construction of toilets made in back side of balcony of 90 percent houses. That creates problems to get ventilation and peoples park there cars on Road that make blockages. Kindly demolish all illegal construction outside of house and demolish all unauthorized toilets made by builders or home owners. Even they have illegally made construction in parking area also.

It's my request to authority to take action again all these persons and demolish all illegal activities.

I am a resident of 597/24 BANK COLONY road near old ITI GROUND Rohtak Main hole cover is not properly fitted as its base is broken in front of my house. Chances of road accident any time. Kindly replace main hole cover base

It has been noticed that an individual owner of a house (under construction) has constructed two very high Concrete Speed Breakers on a public road connecting Navkriti Shopping Complex and CGHS Wellness centre in sector 55 of Gurugram. These speed breakers are not conforming to any standard and there are no warning sighs on the road (which is mandatory to avoid any accident and casualty) and markings on the speed breaker. Apart from above, there are two speed breakers already existing on the same road, hardly 20 M from these. From the location of these Concrete Speed Breakers, it appears that the individual has constructed these speed breakers at both ends of his house, without following any standard design/specifications and without permission from competent authority. If every house owner start constructing such speed breakers in front of their house, driving will be very difficult and may be dangerous/fatal.

The street light in front of hno 189, sector 2 bahadurgarh is not working for past 20 days. I had even complained to the ward chairman multiple times, but he paid no attention to the issue.
Please make it work as soon as possible
