Sir/madam,
Sector 7 bahadurgarh (Jhajjar) me paani ki kai dino se bahut shortage hai, garmi ka mausam suru ho gya h or sbko paani ki bahut jarurat hai. So, please solve the problem at the earliest.

I own a house no 756, Sector 9, Faridabad PIN 121006. Plot no 756 was re allotted to me on which I got the house constructed complying with all the rules of Authority. The Occupation certificate of the house was issued to me by MCF on 19.10.2001. However on HSVP website this house is being shown as not built and the extension fee accrued is being shown as Rs 39.80 L. I made a complaint to HUDA Faridabad vide complaint no 1953 of 03.03.2022 but nothing has been done in this regard. As a result I am not able to apply for transfer permission of the house as I want to sale it to the third party. All the required documents were submitted to HUDA Faridabad with the complaint.
It is requested that my records may be updated so that I can sale my house.

Water Connection in name of SATPAL GARG CONSUMER NO. [protected] that bill of 8605/- is paid on[protected] that payment of 8605/- is deducted from my account but bill not paid or not reflected in account.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am owner of SCO No 56, TDL-C, Yamunanagar, I am facing great deal of harassment at the hands of Local HUDA Office in a willful manner.

Recently, I Had sought and received a copy of “statement of account” of my above mentioned SCO. To my dismay, amount of ₹1, 29, 537 Deposited by me vide Challan No: 390963 Dated 17-October 2018 has not been accounted for in my account statement.

In this regard, I have provided a copy of the deposit receipt and requested verbally to accounts officer Mr. Brij mohan to make the necessary correction. To this; Mr. Brij Mohan said, that i should “treat this money as having been donated to a Gurudwara” and i should not pursue this matter any further. Two days ago I wrote an application in this regard and asked Mr, Brij Mohan to receive and acknowledge it. To this he refused in a point blank manner. However, after much persuasion my application was received by a person sitting on the reception desk, though without putting a proper seal on it.

I request your good self to look into this matter, so that my hard earned money is accounted for in a fair manner.

आप आप महोदय को निवेदन सहित सूचित किया जाता है कि हाउस नंबर 4771 ब्लॉक सी सेक्टर 11 अर्बन एस्टेट में सीवरेज लीकेज की समस्या पिछले 1 साल से लगातार बनी हुई है जिसमें से लगातार गंदा बदबूदार पानी लगातार बहता रहता है जिससे बदबू का माहौल बना हुआ है और मच्छरों की समस्या लगातार बनी हुई है । प्रतिदिन का आना जाना मुश्किल है । गंदे पानी से पैदल आना जाना मुश्किल है । घर भी बदबूदार होता है । हमने इस संबंधी संबंधित विभाग huda complaint office, संबंधित JE को कई बार लिखित में दरखास्त भी दे चुकी हैं और पर्सनली मिल चुके हैं लेकिन इस बारे में अब तक कोई भी सुनवाई और समाधान नहीं हुआ है । केवल एक बार फील्ड विजिट हुई थी । अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि इस समस्या को तुरंत प्रभाव से दुरुस्त करवाया जाए अन्यथा इस बारे डिस्टिक एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन को और सीएम विंडो पर भी शिकायत कर दी जाएगी कृपया इस समस्या का समाधान जल्द से जल्द करवाएं। साथ में GIS mapped pics आपकी सूचना के लिए संलग्न है ।

4 On receipt of the above referred bill I realized that consumption cannot be that high I checked up the meter on 06/03/2022 myself. The reading was 3356 screen shot is attached. It is therefore obvious that the reading recorded on 04/03/2022 was erroneous. Incidentally screen shot taken today (18/03/2022) showing the reading (attached)

I am a resident of sector 4. The area in from of last street (Hno 183-Hno 190) is allocated to nursery school but it is empty. So lots of bushes grows here which makes it a place for dangerous reptiles. In rainy season this aread filled with water and that comes on road as well. Because of that we cannot even go out. We have seen snakes in our houses or roads. This is the living standard in so called sectors. I have raised complaint multiple times but no one is willing to take any action.
HUDA is not doing anything for this but when it comes to property tax, it always comes right on time and if we delay the payment we are charged with fine. But when it comes to service, totally disappointed.
I know even this complaint will go as a waste and nobody is there to read these message and no one cares if common man suffers

I am resident of sector 12 and have house on the bank of this Rain water Nala. I am living here from past one year and never faced any issue as this Nala was being used for rain water flow only.

From past 4-5 days, Sewage water is being released in the rainwater nala next to Ayushman dispensary / Yadav Bhawan. This has caused lot of smell in entire neighbourhood specially for the houses which are on bank of this nala. Sector 12 is assumed to be one of the posh sector in Panchkula. We have ISCON temple, Gurudwara, Police station in same neighbourhood and everyone is experiencing this situation.

The nala has already pipeline installed for sewage water but, it might not be functional right now. I would like to request HUDA/HSVP Panchkula - please find the root cause from where sewage water is being drained in this nala and help the community,

Its been quite some time but no one is bothered to repair damaged roads at sector-13, hisar and anyone could be hurt while walking or crossing. Wear tear is also high for vehicles plying on the road.

This is request from a citizen of India to please forward our concern to the department to take action at the earliest and repair the roads for smooth plying and walking.

In Sector 29 market behind Haldiram, the paid parking charges are flat 40 Rs for 8 hours. It is a market area not office area. There is no provision for 2 hr, 4 hr type slabs for charges. Even for 30 min work, one has to pay 40 rs. This is too high. Please look into this. The vendor is looting people.

Secondly, if a car is towed, both gdma and traffic police charge the citizen 500 each. How the traffic police gets it towed is not citizen's problem. Either charge us wrong parking or car towed away charges. You may make the fine 1000 and divide between two dept but charging separately looks like each department is taking their cut from yje citizen.

The water supply in house no 386 to 396 sector 39 Gurugram opposite Medanta Hospital is very erratic and coming with sewer mix which may cause water born diseases to the residents. Nobody is attending the complaint.

This is regarding pending repair work of road after completion of water pipeline at sector-3 urban estate distt kurukshetra.
The road is infront of house numbers 409, 411, 407, 413, 416, 418 and more.
The condition is not good and no any contractor is coming to complete repair work of road.
Despite so many talks to him, he is not listening.
There could be possibiluty of accidents as childrens are also patroling while cars are going on road.
Pls look in to this and getvthe pending work done soon.

One of water receiver is jammed. Due to this bad smell makes and water flows on road due to this during rainy season...pls do needful as urgent as possible..

This complaint is for plot no 510 sec 25 part 2 huda panipat .there is nt even single street light on this road.Road is in very worst condition.Main sewerage whole is blocked. Kindly take action and resolve the complaint. We will highly obliged.

I have paid water bill no. 5V00ES28846 of consumer no. 1000470 vide Eazypay transaction ID [protected] of Rs. 1, 307.
But receipt of same is not reflecting and moreover it is showing unpaid on HSVP site also.
Kindly solve this

श्रीमान जी सिरसा शहर के सेक्टर 20 हुड्डा पार्ट 3 के अंदर स्थित सबसे बड़े पार्क भाईचारा पार्क में ट्यूबल का बिजली कनेक्शन कटा है जिस का बिजली बिल का बकाया ₹30 लाख पेंडिंग है, बागवानी खराब हो रही है इसलिए ट्यूबवेल कनेक्शन चालू किया जाए, यह कनेक्शन पिछले 4 साल से कटा हुआ है और इसकी भी जांच की जानी चाहिए कि यह इतना ज्यादा बिल इकट्ठा कैसे हो गया, किन अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारी थी इस बिल को भरना, इस पार्क को नजदीक रह रहे लोगों ने खुद पैसे इकट्ठे करके ₹500000 लगाकर पौधे व घास लगाई है अब वह बिना पानी के सूख रहे हैं बागवानी खराब हो रही है, क्षेत्रवासी अपने खर्चे पर पानी के टैंकर से पार्क में पानी डलवा रहे हैं इसलिए इस ट्यूबवेल कनेक्शन को बिजली से तुरंत जोड़ा जाए और जो पेंडिंग डयूज बिजली बोर्ड के हैं उनको अदा करके इस कनेक्शन को दोबारा चालू किया जाए, आज तक हुड्डा का कोई भी अधिकारी पिछले 4 साल से इस पार्क में कोई विजिट नहीं करने आया और ना ही पिछले 4 साल से पार्क में किसी ठेकेदार ने कोई एक रुपए का काम नहीं किया, इसकी भी जांच होनी चाहिए कि पिछले 4 सालों में इस पार्क पर कितना सरकारी खर्चा दर्शाया गया है जबकि वास्तविक रूप से इस पार्क के अंदर पिछले 4 साल में कोई ₹1 भी खर्च नहीं हुआ है अब पार्क के नजदीक रहने वाले लोगों ने पैसे इकट्ठे करके इस पार्क के अंदर घास व पौधे लगाए हैं लेकिन ट्यूबल का कनेक्शन कटा हुआ है इसलिए वह घास और पौधे भी सूख रहे हैं, आपसे निवेदन है कि दोषी अधिकारियों को सजा देकर इस पार्क के ट्यूबल का बिजली कनेक्शन तुरंत जुड़वाया जाए, जबकि हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण हुड्डा सेक्टर के अंदर हर प्रकार की सुविधा देने के लिए बाध्य है, परंतु सिरसा शहर के सेक्टर 20 पार्ट 3 में स्थित भाईचारा पार्क की तरफ हुड्डा का कोई भी अधिकारी ध्यान नहीं दे रहा जिससे क्षेत्रवासियों में बहुत ज्यादा रोष पनप रहा है।।
7 दिनों तक यदि यह बिजली का कनेक्शन नहीं जुड़ता है तो सभी सेक्टर वासी माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी से मिलेंगे।।

I’m a resident of sector 23 Panchkula.
I’m highly disappointed with the the garbage disposal and management of the sector.
I have the following complaints :
1. No Garbage collection is being done. Everything is being dumped by local cleaners on the river side.
Please provide proper garbage collection trucks with segregation provisions.

2. River Ghaggar is being polluted and garbage as well as religious wastes/residue is being dumped into the river and on the banks.
No cleaning is being done, and noone is stopping the citizens from doing so.
Please take stringent actions for the both.

3. The bushes and Area at the roadside and around the bridge as well, has a lot of garbage dumped. Please clean the area.

I kindly request you to look intothe matter, as its highly unhygienic and dangerous for the residents and the environment.

Hi Team,

I live in Sector 52, Ardee City Gate no 2, the road which goes straight to Wazirabad. Now a days I have observed a lot of traffic on this road and the cars, bikes runs at very high speeds which is a danger to all o[censored]s. The road is not a main highway road however most of the cars/bikes are on high speed. Few days ago someone killed a dog with high speed and even me too was almost saved from a fatal accident. You can come here any day and see for yourself or I can record video anytime you want if you need proof.

We need lot of speed breakers on this road as this is becoming a high accident prone area due to this. Request you to please help on this.

This road is not under Ardee City colony but under Sector 52 huda.

I am a resident and Owner at N-196 Ground Floor, mayfield Garden HAryana

This is regarding a complaint against an ilegal construction being done at N-196 First Floor.
The Balcony have been extended by without any NOC from us and they have done this construction after remindid them not to do so also.

Request you to please intervene and get this construction demolished and...
