Hello Huda,
Please resolve the issue of water pressure being very low, my family has to face trouble because of this water don't come at all for most of times. All in my street also complain abut this.
Request you to please resolve.

I am resident of Sonipat 23 sector.i payed water bill online mode but due to technical error the payment was deducted twice from different accounts.one payment refund to my account

I pay my water bill consumer no. 9247 via debit card 553 ₹ with reference id [protected]. My account debited the payment. But my water bill still on site.

I am doing the online payment of a water Bill generated[protected] against the consumer 44001423 having bill id 3D6ML213980.
Payment has been done through phone pe of amount 2323 Amount has deducted from account but after payment receipt is not generated and page is error out. Can you please check and update my receipt. Or I will treat it as an online fraud category.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am repeatedly having bills of FLAT RATE-DOOR LOCKED whereas the meter reader person of the department has not even knocked /intimated for taking meter reading which is highly objectionable. THE AMOUNT OF THE BILL IS RS.2139/-.

You are, therefore, requested to correct this bill as per the actual reading on the meter as the bill amount could not be as much as shown in the average bill. It is also pertinent to mention here that even in my previous visit to your office at Sector-10, no heed has been paid to my request and straightway rejected my request. It was a minor amount, hence, I cleared it. Now the difference is on the much higher side, therefore, needs to be corrected so as to resolve my grievance.

IT IS ONCE AGAIN REQUESTED TO DIRECT THE CONCERNED TO TAKE THE READING AND SUBMIT THE BILL AS PER THE ACTUAL READY SO THAT THE SAME COULD BE PAID.

Please treat it as most urgent.

Paid water bill of Rs 3375 double time under consumer no. 8980 on[protected] through SBI netbanking. Transaction nos for both transactions are[protected]IGAKODZYL5 and [protected]IGAKOEAIQ8. Please refund the extra amount or adjust in the next bill.

I am a resident of new housing board colony, panipat. Here water quality is very very poor. It is completely sewage water which we cannot drink and it also can't be used in any other domestic purpose. This situation happens for last one month. So you are requested to look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible. Because this water can lead to many health issues.

People living in our neighbour are throwing the house garbage, children's diaper into the house next to ours. Due to this, a mess is created in our surroundings with a very foul smell. The plot no.is #730 Huda part 2 Sec1 Shahabad, Kurukshetra. Please take suitable action on the complaint.

Water bill is regularly being sent on flat rate. As per the person the meter reading is not clear. I am requesting to change the meter.

Illegal extensions after completion. Lots of house in Sector 51, Gurgaon extended their house after getting Completion. Even they showed parking but constructed after OC. They showed shaft and covered after completion, constructed washrooms in open left space at back side. Example House no -1022, 1024, 1015 Sector 51, Gurgaon Please take action.

On 24 Feb 21, I have wrongly paid my electricity bill thrice due to some error messages generated by Easy Pay ICICI Bank. I will be grateful if the amount paid in excess be reimbursed to me. In future I may be allowed to pay you directly as was being done earlier rather than through ICICI bank.

Street light in front of booth no -11, huda market, back side of park plaza, sector-21c, faridabad, haryana, 121002 is not working for more than a year which creating darkness in that area and because of that unwanted activities are taking place and creating that place unpleasant.

Kindly fix that Street light as soon as possible

I had paid bill on 17 feb 2021 nd amount is debited from account but it get error from gateway after payment so i am not able to get reciept nd amount is not upated on portal of hsvp.either amount shuold be refunded or should get updated.

The builder has never taken our consent to form a building with common wall. Also they have occupied the entire covering area blocking air and sunlight to our house.
You are requested to please visit the above mentioned House No. for you perusal.

This is to bring to your notice that we have got 2 bookings in your project namely Mahira affordable housing (PMAY) in Sector 95, Haryana, one with the name of Mr Ankit Gupta, (allotted T-8, 1302) other under the name of Mrs Jyoti Gupta, (Allotted T-3, 604). However all this happened due to a chain of fake commitments, wrong deeds & misuse of Good faith by the broker. The broker cheated us on multiple occasions by showing wrong videos of the construction Site, fake commitments of buying back the property and misusing our faith on him.

The Broker Mr. Devendra Khurana in sync with Mr Yogesh Bankal, from Axiom Landbase, lied to us on various occasions and trapped us to put the booking. When we got to know about the fraud done with us we asked them for cancellation, they kept on changing their statements regarding the cancellation policy. Devendra khurana (Broker) had a different say on the policy and Yogesh Bankal (Axiom Landbase) had a different say, they kept on pressurizing us to keep the property with a fear of loss of cancellation charges.

However, we went to Mahira’s Office at Global Foyer, Gurgaon, in order to request to waive off the cancellation charges as this was a fraud with us. We met Mr Amit & Mr Pawan their, who had a similar opinion about the cancellation policy and charges, but as guided by them there is a possibility that the management have the power to take decisions in such cases and release the payments without any deductions.

We would like to make a humble request to please refund us our hard earned money and waive off the cancellation charges. These cancellation charges should be levied on such fraud brokers & middlemen like Devendra khurana & Yogesh bankal, who are trying to defame your company by doing such disgraceful acts.

I have full confidence that a Big & Reputed Group like yours will always help their cheated & misguided customers, to set an example in front of all the Brokers & middlemen that humanity still exists and such fraudulent activities will not be tolerated.
