Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] Complaints & Reviews

Improper construction of House no. 442, sector 37, Faridabad 121003, has resulted in downward sinking of adjacent building. The structural damage thus formed has created a living hazard. Due to seepage of water from underground tanks and insufficient columns and beams which resulted in over load on the common wall; has resulted in development of cracks in our building. No corrective action has been taken by builder despite regular and timely complaints.
Also no payment has been given for common wall sharing.
Request to stop the further construction and sale of flats till any corrective action is taken by builder.

Resident of 1630/13 UE Kurukshetra has started 1st floor construction with unauthorised construction activities such as in our backyard of house no. 1629, 1626 the open area has been enclosed barring sunlight and air. He may be stopped immediately.

Sewage water clogged infront of house number 1255, 1256, 1257, 1258, 1259 sector 2 Ballabgarh Faridabad Haryana. It becoming difficult to go outside as water is everywhere. Please look into matter and kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

1.Unjustified and needless construction of 7" walls around vacant/ unoccupied and area reserved for green belt.
2. Erecting personal gates on service lanes near houses causing obstruction and inconvenience.
3. Illegal occupation and encroachment not restrained and removed by HUDA authority and district administration.
4. Service lanes not built as per norms.

Relief- 1. Stop construction of wall near 100" main road by HUDA and RWA. Instead develop as park without concrete wall but by environment friendly model.
2. Remove Illegal occupation and encroachment.
3. Remove personal gates from service lanes and broaden service lanes as per mark.
4. Necessary steps for rain water harvesting. Till only on papers, not working well.

I have been raising this complaint for 1 month but always get back the same reply machine under maintenance.

My name is Amit Gahlot and I am resident of H.No. 724, HBC, sector-16. At the turn of our house there is a sewer that has broken due to a trucker. I request you to kindly solve this problem asap.

House No.905 sector 9A is under construction and the labour is using grinders for cutting slots which is creating lot of dust pollution in back row houses. We requested to avoid grinder but of no use. Please look into the matter and help us .

Main Sewarage is blocked opposite my residence, House number 1919, sector 13, Urban estate, Karnal

Sewage water is overflowing from gutter in front of h.no 1596, sector 13, Karnal. Because of it water is logged in our toilets. Kindly get it corrected.

Pls cut trees at back of our house as its obstructing sunlight during winters.

I m residing at plot no. 255, HUDA sector 32, Ambala Cantt. I would like to draw kind attention of the authority that street light i.e. situated on the pole in front of my house is not working from 2-3 months.
We feel uncomfortable without street light as so much darkness due to winter season.
You are requested to replace/ repair the street light as soon as possible for the sake of consumers.

Hi sir, mam my name is Parveen kumar and my address is #265 kharak mangoli gate no-3 old Panchkula Haryana, 134108. We doing face water supply problem from 1 year because of water pressure and some people use the pump motor for government water near by my home so that’s why that water not coming in my home and nobody want to take action against them as well as government officers. The government water just come in some homes at last point home please try to solve this problem as soon as because we already faceing this problem from so long time

I, jaiveer singh, resident of house no-93 sec 23 huda bhiwani want to bring to your notice that sewerage mail hole right infront of my house is completely blocked for past one month and whole street is flooded with sewerage water over flown from main hole.whole surrounding is cropped up with mosquitoes and flies that may result in spread various diseases.
Residents are fed up with foul smell and are compelled to live with doors and windows always shut.Despite repeated oral and written complaints, no action has been taken by SDO(sewerage and water) HUDA bhiwani.

kindly intervine for early repair and opening of blockage of main hole sothat we the residents can lead a normal life.

Water is coming out of the non sewerage man hole which is on my houses ramp. Government workers are not punctual and are incompetent and told the reason which was totally false because our private plumber checked it and showed us by opening man hole that water is coming from opposite side and not from where government workers were saying. I have done Complaint about 10 times and they don't come. Please take immediate action. Such workers must be removed from job because they are corrupt. i am resident of sector 4 extension rohtak haryana, 124001. sir in my front of house the road is completely broken. and i do so much complaints regarding re carpating of road but no action is taken on my complaint. this broken road is causes so much accidents . which is so much dangerous for childrens . in this road in 1 week so much accidents causes . this road is so much dangerous for peoples .so much people so much suffers from this road . So my humbely request to you please take necessary action on my complaint and please solve our complaints as much as possibles .your action saves so much peoples lives.

सर सेक्टर 4 एक्सटेंशन में जो रोड बने हुए हैं बिल्कुल टूटे हुए हैं और जो सीवर की लाइन है बिल्कुल ब्लॉक है रोड गली चौक हुई हुई है कृपया इनको चेक करके सड़कों ki recarpeting और जितने गढ़ है तुरंत भरवाया जाए और जो सीवर चैंबर टूटा वहां से बहुत ज्यादा बदबू आ रही है पिछले 10 दिनों से कोई भी अधिकारी कर्मचारी उसको नहीं देख रहा है इसके लिए बार-बार शिकायत भी की गई है और यह जो है यह पोल नंबर 321 के साथ बने हुए haa .चेंबर leak haa
