I took hathway service thought you are better service provider in india. As per service provided by you that doesn't meet my expectations. almost every day i called your support team for resolving internet issue.most of time your service was down in dombivali.
You can't recover my time due bad service. So what i decied atleast give extension of two months of internet sevice or pay full money because i spent a lot of time to follow up your support team, billing desk etc.
Thanks for providing such type of services.hope you will parmanent reaolve this issue otherwise you lost so many valuable customer.
Note: you can track information in your database almost i daily called you for resolving issue.

It has been completed 4 days of installation of router at my premises but not yet activated till date
when ever i made a call to customer support one line they are saying i.e., wait 24hours
worst customer service i had ever seen
ur team members who approached me for the connection not at all attending my number

I took a hathway connection yesterday they have delivered the same day, but they didn't activate it till now, it's almost 24hrs since I made payment...
They need they payment in advance...
But they connection will be delayed...
No proper response from anyone...
I'm missing all my meetings...

I got connection on time but the box is not activated. From morning I am waiting. No one is responding, to whom should I complaint I don't no. Please activate my box soon. And respond to my complaint. After taking the money it is ur duty to complete the work.
