Hathway — bad internet connection, discontinuance and refund for the service

I am a consumer of hathway wi-fi services for a long time. My account

I request you to discontinue the service and refund my recharge amount.
Since the recharge was done in the month of august 2020, till february 2021. I want you to return the money in proportion to the 7 months. The

The internet is being used for household purposes, not even commercial purposes. Internet is that bad that the other person gets irritated on the video call.
