[Resolved]  Hathway Bangalore — Speed not provided as per plan took money before installing

My actual plan speed is 50mbps, now i'm getting only 1 mbps, if i call the customer care they are saying, our executive will visit ur place, after giving complaints about speed issues, more than 1& half months, my issues not resolved, kindly look into it...
