Hathway — Billing Issue | |||
My account number is 1272879. My account is inactive from last 10 days, in spite of paying the bill on time writing to billing department, nodal officers and appellate, with all the details, the issue still remains unresolved I have never experienced such lousy customer service, I have done a mistake of choosing Hathway internet, there is no concrete resolutions that you get from CSR guys and your emails are never reverted back with an answer. My account number is [protected]. On 31st august, I had made a payment of 499 through Lazypay and it was showing error and so I tried to make the payment again which showed error again.. One of the Hathway Support team (Vidyasagar) called me and told the payments not reflected, so it wont be charged and asked me to pay an amount of 335 again to activate the services. Trusted him that I will not be charged I paid the amount, but later I found I am charged for 499, 499 and then 335. I called him again the next day and he told, its reflecting now, but he confirmed he would process the refund so that it would reflect in my lazypay account in 4 to 5 days.. But it didnt happen and I am getting calls further from Lazypay to pay the outstanding amount. Meantime, I tried to raise 2 separate cases to Hathway, but both of them are closed stating it had been forwarded to billing team and would be processed the refund amount.
I am not able to reach any proper response when tried to call Hathway team for refund.. Its frustrating with this pathetic response from Hathway..
I need to get 2*499=998 rupees refunded to Lazypay account..
