Hathway Broadband / Hyderabad — wrong packages | |||
I have been given offer by hathway about 3+2 months for 1415 INR ruppes in March I have bought that package ..(attached Screenshot of the offer message.PFA) It was 24 March 2018 i have made the payment have attached Screen shot of payment it was through PAYTM ( Attached Screenshot) The package was 3+2 moths for 1415 So from March 24 to August 24 i have paid for 3+2 months service But on June 24 My service is terminated and i was forced to pay 1415 on 24 june 2018, I got my serivec back and i started contacting customer service through phone and through email... i called customer service but my call was not attended i have emailed them 8 times with same repeated message i have attached screen shot of emails i have send and i have been said i will be contact back but it been a month .. they have not contact me back about that issue Yesterday I have got New message. Asking me again to renew before 26 july How could it been possible that my account is going to expire just in one month when that package was about 5 months please find attached images and help me on this issue I would like to have refund or full given package service with same speed I have been not allowed to login to my Hathway account :[protected] please help me thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
