Hathway Broadband Services — Internet connectivity problem | |||||
I have been using hathway broadband services for last two years by subscribing for yearly plan (50Mbps Unlimited Plan). From last few months there has been intermittency in the connection sometimes dropping of the speed to 1mbps or sometimes no internet at all. I have logged several complaints to the customer care and all i hear from them is it will be resolved in 24 hrs. Momentarily it is fixed for the day and the problem starts again in the evening. I am attaching a screen shot of the speed for reference. Since we work from home and we need to have a steady connection but despite informing the customer care they do not take heed. They fix it in the morning and the problem is perpetual on daily basis. The service provider sucks and is looting its customers by false promises which is evident by the attached screenshot. I request all the readers who have hathway connection to move from this stupid service provider to another ISP for better connectivity. I have asked the customer care to have the head of the department to contact me so that i can explain but it went unheeded. The last resort is to file a police complaint in order to get it fixed.
