[Resolved] Hathway Cable And Datacom Limited — harassment from customer care to renew the services even after termination of connection. | |||
I had used hathway broadband services at hyderabad with customer account no: [protected] for the months 14th july 2018 to 14th january 2019. I had experienced the worst service and pathetic network issues during this period. Almost i raised nearly 15 issues only on network related in the span of 6 months. Because of this worst service i requested for termination after 14/01/2019 and same has be accepted by hathway and wifi modem also taken back by hathway. Even after this, i am receiving calls from hathway executives to renew the services with an offer they provided. I am receiving almost 10-15 calls per week from multiple number and non repetitive. My concern is why my phone number is shared with many executives who are not in the control of hathway. I am receiving cals from thier personal numbers and not company customer care numbers. If i receive any calls from hathway after one week from now, i will log a complaint in indian consumer court against the company. Was this information helpful? | |||
