In november, 2018 i have vacated hyderabad as i came hyderabad for study purpose only, while vacating i have called so many times for your executives to collect the modem but no one responded after that so many times your executives called me about returning the modem i told them to go the place where i have stayed so that i have arranged one person there to return it, but he will only call for when you will return, if i told him to go at some particular time again he will not appear and will not respond for my calls. Is it my fault for not returning the modem?
Now i have received notice to return back modem but i do not have modem with me now, two days back i mailed to hyderabad hathway "[protected]@hathway.net" as what will be futher proceedings if i have not returned modem. As i told in the mail i am ready to pay for not returning but no one replied me. Is this is the service provided by you?? I don't know about returning the modem otherwise i will keep the modem with me only.
The executive while installing the modem told there's no need to return the modem as you have pay for 6 months so modem will be free for you. Afterwards i received so many calls for renewal of the account irrespective i said them i had left the city and don't call me back. Is this the service provided by you?
I am ready to pay for not returning the modem but no one is responding from your side then what i have to do now??
