Hathway Cable & Datacom — Abrupt disconnection of service at vasant vihar | |||||
Hi, We are staying at b2-401/402 garden enclave, vasant vihar thane (west), the cable operator is sai seva cable. the guy usually comes to collect money once in four months without any prior info, this time he came by 27th june, accordingly due to insufficient cash, informed him to come by 1st july, 2016. he didnt turned up and abruptly with no information disconnected the cable service. all numbers provided in receipt are not reachable. mailed them up at [protected]@gmail.com but no response. we also informed the guy multiple times to collect the cable money every month, somehow he never turns up and with no prior info comes to collect money as per his convinience.informed the society man, to take his reachable number, he didnt provide. due to such situation i am lodging a complaint against them, where the behaviour of service guys is very unprofessional. let me know if the services could be on soon?
