Hathway Cable & Datacom — Annoying behaviour of cable operator

Hi Team, I have purchased hathway set top box from my local cable operator and after installing the same I am not getting all the channels and there is so much distortions in the display of the channels too. I have complained couple of times and the problem not got rectified. Every time when ever I call to my cable operator he will be very harsh and he will say why you are always complaining and the way he treats the customer is too worst he wont listen to us at all. Please take this complaint as a serious concern.
