[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — connection not working | |||
Hello, I have taken the hathway broadband connection before a week. The internet is not working in my laptop. I called to the customer care multiple times, they raised the tickets but irony is that no one has come or called for assistance and the tickets were closed without assistance. The person who convinced me to buy this connection calling himself the manager of this area, also does not respond me now. So far, i raised three tickets which were closed without any assistance. I am attaching the screenshot of the tickets. Now the concerned is that i want to remove the connection as i am very much disappointed with the reason of jo assistance and i am paying for the internet which i am not using.. Please help me for the resolution as i am getting the right concerned person of this company to discuss these issues. Was this information helpful? | |||

In the beginning in the same game I will get 40ms stable in league of legends Garena Singapore server but now it the ping spikes from 44-180ms but in ACT broadband they provide 40-41ms in the same server.
