Date: 13/09/2018 I did a payment for hathway, the money has been debited from account and transaction failed. I've not received the refund till now. The first transaction using tech process solution ltd has failed. Account number:[protected] Inr 2152.00 To: fn/shp/[protected]/l77419_hathway cable & datacom ltd When i called you, they asked to call my bank, i called the bank, guess what — they are telling the money is gone. And i figured out paynimo was handling the payment while i made the transaction and reading other complaints registered here i came to the conclusion that you are one worst internet service provider in our country Need the refund soon. I've got the whole records and my bank is backing up me on this with legal help. This has become your habit. Not refunding failed transactions. Hathway has become one of the worst experience for me.
