Hathway Cable & Datacom — hathway is not paying back my money

I have mistakenly paid 17770 rs to hathwy on 6th january 2019 and its been 2 months they are not giving my money back.
I am calling the customer care number many times and they always say we will give your money back in 15days and its almost 2 months has been completed and i haven't get back my money.
