[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — Hathway Wifi connection

Dear Sir\ Madam,

We have planned to give Hathway wifi new connection. So we called the local Hathway executive of Doddathoguru, Electronic City Phase 1 to know about the plan details. He informed us for one month prepaid plan we need to pay 1035 Rupees per month including taxes and installation charge will be 570 Rupees. We made a payment of 1605 Rupees total on August 14th 2016 and we got connection activated on 17th August 2016. Within 14 days, that is on October first week we got mail from hathway to pay 674.76 Rupees before 13th August 2016 as part of post paid connection where the bill period is from Aug 17th to Aug 31.
Issue .
The executive collected money for prepaid connection and gave the bill for same, but when i called hathway customer care they said ours is postpaid connection we need to pay the amount. We have already paid the amount for one month as a prepaid connection but they are not agreeing it saying ours is an postpaid connection. If so, i asked the customer care where is the amount 1035 rupees we paid excluding installation on day one, they donot have answer for it.

There is no proper answer from either the customer care or the local executive.
