Respected sir/madam i have been hathway customer since past 3 years and my account number is [protected].Recently i bought amazon prime stick and while connecting it to my television net is frequently getting disconnected.i have made so many compliants for about 7 days and there is no proper response and they are closing complaints.Each time when i call them they are saying we will solve in 24 hours but till now there is no solution.il sue hathway if my compliant is not resolved as early as possible.kindly make a note as iam suffering mental agony because of your concerned hathway service.
