[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — issue regarding renewal of my broadband account | |||
Myself a rama krishna having broadband a/c bearing no. [protected] applied for renewal by paying rs 2668 on[protected]. They promised me that they would renew it by next day i. E 14th jan. But to my surprise i didn't get it even till today i. E[protected]. I've been continuously calling them regarding this, every day they're making me promises "within 24 hrs". But nobody turning up! They don't let any other Internet provider operate in the area; forcing us to use their services even if we are satisfied with it or getting a better deal elsewhere. Please do something about this.
