[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — modem submission | |||
Hi, I recently got a message from hathaway to submit the modem to avoid legal proceedings. Though i have already told the hathaway customer care that i lost my modem while relocation and would not be able to comply with their request. I asked them to relocate my account to the new place but said that it can't be done as there is no connection. So i asked them to close my connection many a times. But they haven't complied with request. Now out of the blue i got this intimidating message. What sort of service is this? Was this information helpful? | |||
