Hathway Cable & Datacom — not providing me bill

I made an online payment for Rs 2522 but did not receive any bill. Spoke to Customer care but denies to provide the bill as they do not have any option for providing bill den sent mail to support but no revert as I need the bill at the urgent basis seriously this sucks as the things are getting faster these days as no one has such time and patience as the works are being done instantly but you people are still in 90’s.
